About My65 Playbook
My65 Playbook exists because turning 65 hands people one of the most consequential decisions of their retirement and almost no plain-language help making it. This page tells you who we are, so you can judge the guidance on the rest of the site.
Who operates this site
My65 Playbook and its Spanish-language counterpart, Escoge Medicare, are published by Natural Pet Shield Inc., a Texas Corporation, doing business as PulseCaller. The company was founded in 2025.
We are a small, independent publisher. We are not owned by an insurance carrier, a broker, or a health system, and no carrier reviews or approves what we write before it goes up.
What we are here to do
We hold ourselves to three purposes, and we treat them as equals. Inform: publish Medicare explanations accurate enough that a reader can act on them. Connect: give people a place to ask questions and hear from others going through the same decisions. Sustain: earn enough revenue to keep doing the first two.
When those purposes conflict, reader trust wins. We would rather lose a call than publish something slanted to produce one. The page on how we make money explains exactly where our revenue comes from.
What we are not
We are not an insurance carrier and we do not sell insurance. We are not a government agency and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Medicare, CMS, or the Social Security Administration.
We are a Third-Party Marketing Organization (TPMO) as defined by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services in 42 CFR §422.2267(e)(41). That is a regulated category: it means we market and generate interest in Medicare plans without being the entity that sells them. The CMS-required disclaimer appears in the footer of every page on this site.
Nobody on our staff holds an insurance license. When you call, you reach a licensed agent at a partner agency — that agent, not us, is licensed to discuss specific plans and help you enroll.
How to reach us
For Medicare questions, the fastest route is a call: +1 877-443-3251 in English, or +1 844-372-6633 in Spanish. Calls are free and you are never obligated to buy anything.
For corrections, press questions, or anything about the site itself, see our editorial policy — it explains how to report an error and what we do when we get one.
