Privacy Policy
This policy covers my65playbook.com. It is written to be read, not to be survived, so it says plainly what we collect and what we do with it.
Who operates this site
This site is operated by Natural Pet Shield Inc., a Texas Corporation, doing business as My65 Playbook. Our Spanish-language site, Escoge Medicare, publishes the same policy in Spanish.
We are not an insurance carrier and we do not sell insurance. We are not a government agency and we are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Medicare, CMS, or the Social Security Administration.
What we collect when you just read
If you read articles, use a calculator, or browse comparisons, we record which page you were on, that a page was viewed, and — only if you have accepted analytics cookies — aggregate usage measured by Google Analytics. If you decline, no analytics tag loads at all.
The interactive tools on this site run entirely in your browser. The figures you type into the cost estimator, the enrollment timeline, or the Extra Help screener are never sent to us and never leave your device.
What we collect when you tap a call button
When you tap one of the phone numbers on this site, we record that a call button was tapped, which page you tapped it from, which number you were shown, an anonymous session identifier, and the time. We do this so we can tell which of our guides actually helps people, and so we can verify what our partner networks report back to us.
That record contains no name, no email, and nothing you have typed.
What happens on the call
Calls to the numbers on this site are answered and then connected to a licensed insurance agent at one of the partner networks we work with. We are not on the call, and we do not enroll anyone in anything.
Calls may be monitored or recorded for quality and compliance. When a call is recorded, you are told so at the start of the call, before you are connected — if you would rather not be recorded, you can hang up at that point. Recordings are stored privately and retained for ten years, which is the period CMS requires for Medicare sales calls.
We record the caller's number, the time, how long the call lasted, and which partner received it. That is what lets us check a partner's invoice against our own record rather than taking their word for it.
What we share with partner networks
When your call is connected, the partner network receives the call itself and the information their systems need to attribute it — the campaign, the timestamp, and any keypress you made. They receive your phone number because you are calling them.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not hand over browsing history, and we do not transmit health information about you.
If you join the community
Creating a community account stores your email address and the display name you choose, through Google Firebase Authentication. Posts and replies you write are public to anyone who visits the community.
Please do not post your Medicare number, Social Security number, policy numbers, or medical details. Posts publish immediately and are not reviewed before they appear, so anything you write is visible right away. If you post something you regret, use the report control or email us and we will take it down.
Cookies
We use a small number of strictly necessary cookies to keep the site working and to remember your cookie choice. Analytics cookies load only after you actively accept them, and you can change your mind at any time.
We do not run third-party advertising trackers and we do not build advertising profiles.
Your rights
If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell personal information. Residents of other states with privacy laws have comparable rights, and we apply them to everyone who asks rather than checking your address first.
To make any request, email triage@my65playbook.com and say what you would like us to do. We respond within the time the applicable law allows.
How long we keep things
Call records and recordings are retained ten years, as CMS requires. Click records are retained two years. Community posts remain until you or we remove them. Analytics data follows Google's retention settings.
Children
This site is for adults navigating Medicare. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we update this page and the date at the top of it. Material changes get a plain-language summary rather than a silent edit.
