Text Message Terms

Texts will come from My65 Playbook, operated by Natural Pet Shield Inc., a Texas Corporation, doing business as My65 Playbook. Our Spanish-language site, Escoge Medicare, has its own page in Spanish.

We do not sell insurance, and we never enroll anyone ourselves. A text from us will never be an offer of coverage.

Texting has not started. When it does, we will text only people who called us and agreed to receive texts. At that point, callers to +1 877-443-3251 will be asked whether they want texts, and may agree by pressing 2 or saying yes.

Agreeing will be optional and will not be a condition of any call, service, or purchase. If you do not agree, we will not text you.

Once texting starts, we plan to send replies and follow-ups about your own call, such as a call back you asked for, and short Medicare education reminders if you ask for them.

We will not send mass marketing blasts, we will not text people who have not contacted us, and we will never send a text on behalf of an insurance company or any other business. We will not quote plans, prices, or enrollment steps by text.

No more than one text a day, and about four a month, once texting starts.

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier sets them under your own plan; we will not charge anything for the texts themselves. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Once texting starts, you will be able to reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT at any time to stop receiving texts. You will get one message confirming that you are unsubscribed, and no more after that. Stopping texts will not affect your ability to call us.
